冯国瑞IEEE会员,中国计算机学会高级会员,中国图象图形学会数字媒体取证与安全专业委员会委员,上海大学电子信息系主任,在图像处理、信息安全、机器学习等相关领域取得一系列成果,以第一作者或通讯作者在IEEE T-PAMIT-IPT-KDET-DSCT-PDS、中国科学英文版、ACM MM等国内外重要期刊和会议上发表录用论文80余篇,其中IEEE/ACM期刊论文30余篇,谷歌学术引用4000多次,主持和参与国家自然基金重点、面上、科技部重点研发计划等国家级省部级项目二十余项,当前担任Elsevier期刊《Neural Networks》(中科院一区),《Signal Processing》(中科院二区)和Nature集团期刊《Scientific Reports》(中科院二区)编委,曾担任过《Journal of Real-Time Image Processing》、《Multimedia Systems》、《Pattern Recognition Letters》等SCI国际期刊的客座编辑,获得过2008年上海市技术发明二等奖、2018年中国电子学会自然科学二等奖、2022年上海市自然科学一等奖各一项。
