冯国瑞，IEEE会员，中国计算机学会高级会员，中国图象图形学会数字媒体取证与安全专业委员会委员，上海大学电子信息系主任，在图像处理、信息安全、机器学习等相关领域取得一系列成果，以第一作者或通讯作者在IEEE T-PAMI、T-IP、T-KDE、T-DSC、T-PDS、中国科学英文版、ACM MM等国内外重要期刊和会议上发表录用论文80余篇，其中IEEE/ACM期刊论文30余篇，谷歌学术引用4000多次，主持和参与国家自然基金重点、面上、科技部重点研发计划等国家级省部级项目二十余项，当前担任Elsevier期刊《Neural Networks》（中科院一区），《Signal Processing》（中科院二区）和Nature集团期刊《Scientific Reports》（中科院二区）编委，曾担任过《Journal of Real-Time Image Processing》、《Multimedia Systems》、《Pattern Recognition Letters》等SCI国际期刊的客座编辑，获得过2008年上海市技术发明二等奖、2018年中国电子学会自然科学二等奖、2022年上海市自然科学一等奖各一项。
